Frequently Asked Questions
Once you log in to your account and select the paid membership option, the payment process via card will be initiated automatically.
To delete your account (all details including your email and profile), please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account (CWC Mobile App “CWC Khushi” or WebApp).
- Navigate to the Menu.
- Under Profile Settings, select the “Delete Account” option.
Your account will be deleted once these steps are completed.
Note: To cancel your account delete request, login with your registered credentials within 30 days.
