Community Speak

Kavin Shivakumar

CWC Youth Ambassador, ran several programs since college days and currently Food Science Researcher, USDA

CWC has been part of my life journey from my undergraduate days amid the pandemic, when I became a Youth Ambassador. I continue to drive CWC programs on dietary practices, youth initiatives and motivate other youth to take charge of their health before it is too late.

Adolfo Valasquez

CWC session and support group participants and now runs support group for cancer patients in San Francisco

The effectiveness of CWC is its holistic approach and that has done a lot of good to me as a stage 4 cancer patient and a long-time survivor as well as persistent fighter. I looked at different modalities and have embraced the CWC way of lifestyle and dietary practices.

Doug Amis

Health Hero, retired hi-tech entrepreneur and been promoting CWC across his wellness network

I do not have the count of the several CWC events I attended since the first one during July 2018. I have seen so much transformation among community members and the team’s persistent dedication keeps me glued to CWC. Though I attend several online sessions, I have driven miles to actively participate at several onsite events, spoke as a health hero and worked with CWC Co-Founder, Dr. Pankaj Vij.

Dr. Indranill Basu-Ray

Cardiologist & Cardiac Electrophysiologist, Speaker, CWC Events, Retreat and Masterclass

CWC’s mind-body approach and infusion of yogic sciences into holistic health practices should help the community grappling for direction despite the progress in medicine amid our sick care regime and rising health costs

Sonal Desai

Regular CWC participant, who attended 50+ sessions.

I thought the pandemic would be a disaster and I never stayed at home the way the outbreak of COVID compelled me. However, it was the continuous effort of CWC to reach out to elders like me through its diverse online sessions that helped me to actively engage with the community virtually and learn so many best practices to adopt.
