A Collaborative Initiative
This initiative brings together research, guided support, and community connection to expand access to survivorship resources—particularly for South Asian individuals and families who have historically had limited access to culturally relevant support.
Together, this work represents not only a series of sessions, but a step toward building a more inclusive and informed model of survivorship care.
Leads the participant experience through structured guidance, educational content, and a platform designed to help individuals navigate the cancer journey with clarity and confidence.
Leads the research initiative, using insights from participant experiences to better understand survivorship and improve approaches to emotional well-being, communication, and life after treatment.
Supports community engagement and in-person connection, helping ensure the program reflects and reaches the South Asian community it is designed to serve.
An ecosystem of guidance and trusted resources — built with community
Community Wellness Collective was created to help people navigate some of the most difficult moments in life with better support, clearer information, and a stronger sense of connection.
Our work brings together physicians, wellness practitioners, educators, and community leaders to build programs, insights, and resources that help individuals better understand their health journeys and explore what may support their well-being. Our purpose is simple: to bring clarity, compassion, and community to every health journey.
At its core, this platform is designed to be guided, not overwhelming.
You can begin by sharing a bit about your situation through a short intake form. From there, our team reviews each submission and responds with thoughtful direction — helping guide you toward relevant information, emerging resources, and supportive pathways.
